All I wanted was a hitch put in my car! The "lady" is so rude. Put me on hold multiple times with out telling me. I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get a manager since the hitch I ordered was not there and neither was there installer. The regional manager that I spoke with was supposed to call me back and make this right. Yeah right! He never called! I called back, put on hold, told I would get a call back....... I did not! These people do not know anything about customer service!
This Very Rude Guy Kenneth Crawford is very disrespectful asking for 3 forms on identification which u only need 2 not 3 identification when paying I ask for his boss the guy told me he don't care he not putting nobody on the phone told me go somewhere else F -
