Rip off. Last year we bought a brand new top of the line hot water heater. The "tech" tried to say we needed a replacement for a pan. Just got an estimate for over $2,400 (we have a rip off $274 yearly service plan!)
This BBB is corrupt. This company causing this corruption is MLGW. Everytime I have an issue with MLGW the BBB will not do their JOB and contact the business. This BBB should just be shut down.

BBB contacted me to sign a contract for their accreditation and I denied their service. When I was contacted I told them that I would take a week to think about PAYING MONTHLY for their accreditation. After thinking it over for about a week I decided against paying for their accreditation because BBB is just an old racket. One week after I refused their service a woman called me pretending to be a potential customer and then went on to tell me that she chose not to contract my company because we didn't have BBB accreditation... wow, really? No one has ever mentioned BBB because my business reputation on FB, Google, Yelp, and our general online reputation is so clean. I was really surprised they stooped so low and frankly I hope BBB disappears soon. Google reviews and Facebook reviews will make this fake accreditation business obsolete before long.
