We boarded our dogs for nine nights while we went on a long vacation out west. While it was hard to leave them for that long, being able to see them during the day and knowing they're getting all the attention they can get makes it a lot easier. The staff is always very friendly, the facility is wonderful, I have already recommended it to some friends.

My dog loves it here, employees know her by name & she wags her tail when they greet her. She seems content & wanting to rest when it's time to go home. Smell is decent and cameras available to watch her play during the day.
Boogie & I absolutely love Camp Bow Wow Memphis East!!! I never have to worry that she’s taken care of when I’m out of town. When I drop her off and pick her up she’s happy! The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are quick to answer messages via voicemail and through the app. We’ve been loyal customers for almost 7 years!
For the first time ever, my dogs are not so excited to see me when I pick them up. They have such a great time playing with all the other dogs! It is also a huge comfort for me when traveling, to be able to login and watch how happy they are playing. I really appreciate the fact that there is a person inside of each play pen, who is keeping a watchful eye over the big group. The employees are so sweet and accommodating. My 3-legged baby doesn't like to get pushed around by the big dogs so they keep her with the smaller dogs. She is Very Happy! My 1 yr old Shepherd also learned some very important doggy social skills that I could not teach him. Taking him to the dog park just wasn't enough time for it to sink in so Camp Bow Wow was extremely valuable to me. We love this place and we travel quite far to bring our dogs here.
