The employees don't seem to give a damn about whether anything gets done at all. They could care less.
They never answer the phone
Exasperatingly, mindbogglingly, profoundly slow. It can literally take all day to talk to someone. I mean that you can arrive in the early AM and it will be the afternoon before you ever get to speak to anyone. They really seem to want to make you prove that you need the meager benefits provided here.
I'm just clueless how this woman who works here is suppose to help me and give me a Copy of my paper work that I turnt in but she put me on hold and told me to sit down because she's on the phone making a personal call SMH
This organization needs to take a good, long. hard look at itself and how it carries out its operations. It just about could not be any more awful to deal with.
Trying to call them on the phone is the same story, get ready for a multiple hour wait.
