I just recently moved out as of 6/26/17 after staying there for a year. Great apartments, great staff...from the management to the groundskeeper. I have read the complaints about parking, which shouldn't really be an issue at all unless its raining...in my opinion it was steps added to my fit-bit. The apartments have permit/visitor parking only. Usually during late evenings the permitted parking spots are taken.

I just moved, but absolutely loved living at Crescent of Wolfchase! All the staff, management and maintenance are great, friendly, and on the ball. I definately recommend living here! Close to the interstate and Wolfchase Mall. Gated community with lots of extras such as, spacious living area, updated (all appliances including a washer and a dryer), permit parking, weight room, pool, internet cafe, and free coffee! There are security cameras all around, definitely felt safe living here too.
The apartment layout is awesome especially if your lucky to grab a 3rd floor apt. And you can't beat the location...close to all the good eats (restaurants) and such easy access to the interstate if your daily commute consists of driving airport or midtown/downtown. Literally 20 minutes away from everything. I would still be living at the Crescent of Wolfchase apartments but the purchase of a house won the battle. Good Luck in your apartment shopping, I would definitely recommend CofWolfchase.
