I Regret that i lived there, wish someone had warned me before.
Their manger is rude and arrogant, never understand Residents problem.
I wish there is option to give them a negative rating. island park apartments management is worst at every level. They never care about their residents. I have list of Things which I have been through during my stay there, Snake in my Balcony, dishwasher that continuously leaking water every time i run the cycle but they never changed it and Mold in one of the wall.
Me and my roommate are pharmacy students and chose this complex because it was one of the cheapest options on the island. The apartment has a great layout and we had no issues. Our problem was with the staff. They were not pleasant to work with. The manager is not helpful and very rude. We referred 3 of our friends to live here, and they did not give us our referral money. I would pay a bit more to live somewhere else. I do not recommend living here.
Picking up or dropping off uber customers
Management has changed over the last few years and living in Island Park for a year and a half was wonderful. My husband and I have recently moved to Harbor Town Square (owned by the same people) and we love it even more. The management staff is incredible and they respond to emails and requests. Maintenance is hands down the MOST AMAZING group of men I have ever dealt with. Every issue we have ever had, has been resolved within 24 hours, usually less. The emergency maintenance number works and we've had them out at 9:00 on a Friday but they got there as quick as they could. I lived elsewhere on the island before moving here and you couldn't pay me to even think about living anywhere else while I live in Memphis. Also the new workout facility and machines are super nice. The pool is usually not terribly crowded and the new fire pit by the pool is awesome. You pay for what you get and I love it here.
But worst thing is people at management how they treat you. and when you move out they will try to make as much as possible money from you.I have been charged more then $1000 on move-out.
This place is closed community and the maintenance request response is good. But when they initially gave us the unit, it was not cleaned well. They took a week to clean the apartment but didn't do a complete job. Otherwise till now it has been a nice experience.
