My children always enjoy themselves when they go here.. It's never uncomfortably crowded here... I do feel that they can do a little better keeping up the maintenance on massage chairs and arcade machines.
Staff is nice also
My great nephew had his bday party there and it was really cool. We all had a great time. Even us old folks!
The kids have fun. It's easy to keep an eye on them. Ample staff. Clean restrooms.
Staff answered the phone and hung up when I asked if they offer birthday parties; when I called back I got an automated answering system each time, only to be directed to a general voicemail box for Jumpworld Memphis. They are within operating hours now and haven't answered the phone further. I just needed to know if they had a minimum age for guests of the party and if they offer activities for toddlers during the week. Not a very encouraging start with this business.
It's a nice quaint place to take the kids for fun. It's not over crowded with people. We had fun.
