MIFA always assists people when they are truly in need.
I have never felt more discriminated against the, I believe the employees here need to take a class intolerance white people can also need assistance.
They are VERY VERY SLOW.But i feel like they were willing to help.
I appreciate all the things they have done for me and my family.
If you are seeking help for shelter, utility assistance, rent assistance, and food pantry MIFA is the only place that availiable to those in need and the worst part if you are in need if you get help once you have to apply every two years. And if are having health problems or elderly and can't get around you have to come down to MIFA anyways it's does'nt matter that they have a website link that MIFA will NEVER respond to. This is just pain horrible that memphis don't have any resource for people who are in need.
These are people who work here because they care. Even when people ask for help, they do what they can do with what they have.
