In short, when our van was scheduled, he automatically placed the van under a "business" style use, when the use for the van is actually for pleasure. My insurance company would not insure the vehicle because he labelled it as "business". When asked to change the use of vehicle, he stated "so you want me to lie to the insurance company?" instead of acknowledging that he incorrectly classified this vehicle's use.
The employee named Will at Vans To Go is a horrible representative for this company. He was totally unwilling to make changes to our 15 passenger van reservation and had an attitude with me over the phone.
Awesome folks, very friendly, helpful. The van/bus we used was so nice, easy for a small woman to drive, easy to park...We're using them again this year for our church trip.
I will not be using Vans To Go for future trips for transporting my family and friends on our annual trip!
I have rented vans here on several occasions. Never a bad experience. Always helpful and accommodating-- VERY unlike dealing with the the national chains. If they tell you they have a van to go-- they will have it!!
Vans to Go was the most professional and sweetest company I have ever worked with. Michelle was wonderful, went over and beyond to help me and my crew make a last minute trip to the beach, and I am forever grateful to her! The van was super clean, reliable, and more than large enough to carry us and all of our luggage. I highly recommend these guys for any of your van needs!!!
