The only reason I gave it 2 instead of 1 is because the food was decent. The service was the WORST I have ever seen. My dad and I sat at our booth for 25 minutes without any service at 1:00 in the afternoon. A fairly slow time, they weren’t busy at all. After giving up, we moved to the bar. Everyone was in slow motion. The food came out quick, but that was it. It took 10 minutes to get a drink with only 4 people(including us) at the bar. I know, I will not be back. The waitresses were more worried about being friends with each other than with what the customers needed. I watched someone else go to the bar from another table to order a drink because he wasn’t getting served either. Absolutely pathetic.
Good service. Do NOT like some menu changes to menu such as no longer having red beans and rice, that was one reason I went there. They were out of baked potatoes at 7pm, that's crazy. Side items are way too small. I settled for a pasta dish and it was not good at all. They were very nice about it, though. Don't know that I'll be going back.
This was our first time at Cheddar`s. I can say that we won't be in any hurry to come back. The booth we sat in was filthy and the apolstery was torn as well.
Great atmosphere, great food. Waitress was attentive. They took us in 10 to 15 minutes prior to closing and treated us kindly. Asked for water and lemon, but no lemon and water did taste a little off but wasn't undrinkable.
This place wasn't even busy either. It's a Friday morning and people are at work. Food was served lukewarm as well, which was also a disappointment.
The garlic bread they serve isn't made by them. It's storebought and simply heated up in the oven. I know because I buy this brand myself to eat at home.
She didn't even bother to introduce herself and said nothing. She took our orders and was a complete mute thereafter with a scowl on her face every time she showed up. Which is unfortunate, otherwise I would have given her a tip.
Sat there fifteen minutes at a table and no waiter or waitress showed up. I had to go to the front and TELL the host to send someone over. The waitress they sent over had a terrible attitude and customer service skills.
