I bought a shoes and a wallet a dew day ago at the Jackson ave stores well I discovered the wallet was busted wheny coins kept fallingout. She claimed not to remember me at all. To my disbelief. Seeing how unprofessional she was let's me know what kind of store this is.she kept stumbling over exchanging or not. Peapedly asking do I want refund. Did you not hear me say no.then she got another one like the one I had and it was torn also! The only thing that stopped her from trying to accuse me of tearing it up! Any way she finally said she needed receipt. Then said 9f they make 3xcjanges that are not worthy of exchange they make them pay for the item!!!! What?????? Any way as I wasleaving she stated that she may not be there on my return but the other girl knew what to do.Well I hope so cause you sure don't. And she says she's the manager? Lol. They had to call her off the phone to come wait on me. The day I bought the shoes and wallet& I was in the store an hour. And she was on a personal call the whole time. Even when I waited to check out. My last time there! I hate stores that don't stand behind there merchandise and accuse you of destroying the crap!
