This place is so unprofessional and they show favoritism .Dont think about calling them. They will disconnect the phone line with no problem.
Most awesome store in Memphis for high end shoes. Employees are awesome and very helpful. City Gear stores are awesome too.

Walked in, saw some sky blue, cargo, American wrangler jeans for $389.00. I've never been so disrespected in my life.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I went to the store the day following the purchase of the shoes that I bought in the wrong size to return them. After the manager told me that she had ordered the shoes in the correct size from another store, she took my name and number and told me to hold on to the merchandise until the correct shoes arrived in the store. When I returned the following week to get the shoes that should have but never were ordered, I was told they would not take them because the purchase may have been over 14 days ago (keep in mind, they told me to take the item back with me).
Never, ever, ever, EVER AGAIN will i go to this store.
This is the most unprofessional staff you will encounter. I was told a pair of shoes had been ordered and were to arrive at the store a week later. I returned to pick up the shoes the following week only to be told the shoes were never ordered. After I gave the store associate my mame and number for the second time, I asked for my money from the original purchase to be placed on a gift card. This was done, but there is no place on the website for the gift card to be entered. Now, I'm forced to return to this store with associates who not only don't know what they are doing, but who have no regard towards the level of custmer service they give. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would definitely give them -5 stars. I will never shop here again.
