Came in ready to buy 2 pairs of abeos. Little blond sales girl pointed me to some shoes on sale and when I asked to try on shoes she brought me one shoe from the pair at a time. Even if I am buying a pair of shoes I know the fit of I want to try on both shoes together. I had been told their shoes had different fits for people that have a problem with overpronating and she shrugged and said they were all good for that. I left without making a purchase.
Tried to take some shoes back that were blistering and little blond sales girl ( who happened to be the manager) was arrogant and unhelpful. I had receipt they clearly stated I could return within 30 days if unsatisfied.
Came in to return a pair of shoe inserts that were purchased online with receipt within 30 days, and the store manager Stephanie (blonde manager) was unhelpful and combative. She stormed away and went to the back when I was trying to explain the purchase and the return, had an attitude. This is not a good representative of your company and you name recognition deserves better. She acted immature and unprofessional and let the other store representative handle the issue because she got upset and stormed off. I would not recommend this store for your needs if she is working.
I've had multiple foot surgeries on one foot, but the other still isn't "ready for surgery," so my quest for shoes is a trial of patience. Our experience at Walking Company Wolfchase today was EXCEPTIONAL. Talking me through purchases, stretching the shoe I am in, etc... I'm so grateful.
