BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THIRTY CAR RENTAL MEMPHIS AIRPORT! I was quoted a price and paid my deposit for my daughter to drive to a family gathering. When she went to pick up she had the invoice with my deposit and her balance to pay at pickup. They had added several different charges to the bill and she did not have enough on her debit car to pay for it. She went to the bank and added funds to her account come back and once again the price was even higher than the one she was quoted 15 minutes before. The price quoted from the internet was $113. The next price was $185.00 the third and final price was $225 and with my deposit we paid a total $297. I could have gotten a plane ticket for that price. My daughter started driving and within 2 hours the car broke down on the side of the road. I am sitting here writing this while my daughter is still on the side of the road waiting for road side assistance. It has been over 2 hours and a Thirty is within 30 minutes of her location. I am completely and utterly steamed at the customer service and dishonest business ethics of this company. SHAME ON THEM!
Good luck finding a car with these ID10T errors. They never have cars? How are you a rental company that never has cars? More like a money laundering business probably.

horrible was told that I could use my debit card, they took my down payment, when I went to pay for rest of charges and pick up rental I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT USE THE CARD THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED AND TAKEN PAYMENT FROM AS I T WAS A BANK DEBIT CARD. I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE A REFUND FOR SOMETHING THEY CAUSED TO BE CANCELLED. "I DO NOT RECOMMEND THRIFTY CAR RENTALS TO ANYONE!!!
