Surprisingly good service. I had a windshield installed in my 2000 corolla (cheap pile-o-junk from craigslist) and they had it installed in like 2 hours. I didn't make an appointment, I just turned up so I consider this to be pretty good. It was like $170? out the door. Glass doesn't leak or rattle or anything several years on now.
Went here to get my rear passenger window replaced, thought it would be cheaper, first they put a dark tinted window in, which was wrong! My car do not have tinted windows ( this after waiting an hour), I told the reception about it, who was rude, I told her that the "technician" could see that my windows are not tinted (common sense) she told me that just do the work order, that their call center personnel ordered the wrong window. Long story short, I still had to pay as if I went to dealership, after 90 minutes later! Should have stuck with SAFELITE!!!!!!!!!!!
Good customer service,great prices and it was a about a 40 minutes Wait.The sitting are was dirty,it looked like it hadn't been swept In a while.I was happy other the work done.
I came in for my appointment at 9:30...on time...and like they tell all the customers, they said it would be between 1-1.5 hours to complete the service...I'm thinking, "Fine! I will wait here." No explanation given on why 3 customers who came in after me left before me, they finally give me my keys a little bit after 1:00pm...I go to my car, ready to leave, happy to check out my windows, only to find out they only completed partial service- my windshield still had all the cracks...the frustration brought tears to my eyes...I was too angry to say anything I was thinking; yelling at them was not going to magically improve the situation...finally done at 1:54pm...and was given a pathetic thank you with my keys....this had to have been the worst experience in dealing with maintenance for my car...all I can say is that this place needs major improvement in customer satisfaction....yes, this place was cheaper than others- but if it came down to it I would have paid the extra money elsewhere to have quicker, quality service....all my windows can break and I won't come back here again!!
They really took care of me. There was a delay in the repair due to me driving a 13 FRS having a unique window regulator. They promised me a faster turn around time, being the same day but instead took three days due to getting the part there and installed. If you're in this area I would defiantly recommend it.
