Chris was very knowledgeable of the situation with my car. He helped us with what was beat for our vehicle. We had the work done. They provided us with all our needs. Also, during the wait, they made us feel comfortable. They have top notch hospitality and service.
I hit a deer and my front end was hanging a bit so I called to check the wait time to see what I needed to do to get it fixed. The guy was very friendly on the phone and said they were busy today and the wait time would be a little long. After he found out my reason for calling he told me to stop by and they would take a look to see if they could fix it for me. First off, it smelled REALLY good in the office, nice and clean...LOVED IT! I was greeted with a smile and someone to assist me immediately. Customer Service gets an A+ Needless to say, they fixed my car without a long wait, offered me a beverage and I am Extremely happy I contacted them. This was my first visit and definitely NOT my last, I HIGHLY recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.
I took my old 2002 Ford Taurus in for an evaluation. Nick and Patrick both provided excellent customer service. Told me what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to fix it. I was impressed the guys at this location. If you need your car repaired, I would strongly recommend this location.
I experienced a very honest interaction. Over the phone the man tried to talk me through a self fix to save money. Then when it didn't work, the problem was found at the shop to be a defective battery. He told me it would be cheaper for me to buy the battery on my own and install it. It could be considered "bad business" to try to save your potential customers money, but I feel Christian Brothers understand how to make a customer for life by trying to save their customers money!
Fast and helpful. I asked them to check on my power steering because I thought something might be wrong. They inspected it and said they found no problem...which was reassuring to know everything was ok. It was also credible that they didn't go digging around for several other so-called problems with my car, like some other car guys do.
