Continue to be impressed with these guys. The owner is very friendly and accessible. The shop manager is great and takes great care of our families vehicles. After the great service we have received time and time again, we have moved all of our family's business here and have been pleased ever since.

Ralph is also right up there with Jerry. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. The Christian Brothers located on Summer Ave. is much closer to our location, but their estimate was several hundred dollars higher & did not offer to match the price.
I have used Christian Brothers on two occasions. I first compared estimates from other automotive businesses. Both times Christian Brothers at the Houston Levee location was by far the best price. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable, professional & honest when it comes to what is necessary to do. He makes suggestions & does not encourage you to do unnecessary repairs ,as some other Automotive places told me were critical. They had my vehicle ready in 2 days ,where other places gave me a 5-6 day window, as I did need a lot of work on an older vehicle.They also have sold a car for me & got above the book value.
They are honest and direct. They explain the problem, the cost and the anticipated outcome. Finally, they are candid when they have an issue that will cause them to really have to dig into to find the solution. I find that their approach to customer care refreshing.
You can't go wrong using CBA at the Houston Levee location. They are honest with very reasonable labor rates, which is very hard to find.
