Thanks so much for a tremendous experience! When my daughter had an accident in Memphis, I was understandably concerned. I deliberately delayed my review until my daughter’s first trip to Savannah, so I could personally check out the car. I couldn’t be happier. After 5 weeks, a trip from Memphis to Savannah, and plenty of around town driving; the car looks and runs great. I truly feel that I got a great value for my repair dollar, which was important. The vehicle did not have uninsured motorist so the entire repair was covered without insurance.
What a positive experience in every way - caring, friendly, professional and honest - kept in touch, told me of an error that I never would have noticed on my own and promptly took care of it, My car looks amazing after being repaired from someone backing into it. Even though the insurance company paid the bill, this company saved them $1,000+ over a previous estimate I had received for the exact same service.
