Unless you hit a sale, the prices are high. Selection is good. Finding a place to check out is sometimes hard. I love the new vinyl record section.
They let me roam until I find what I want. If I don't find it that day, I'll come back. The more genuine a salesperson is, I'll remember them and come to them now that I know they have quotas. They'll be missing me after the Rack comes though. ;-)
Their clothing quality, style, and variety are great. Pricey so be prepared. When I have shopped there and had a sales clerk they were very helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise. But much too often it is difficult to find a clerk.
