Every time I go into this Kohls it is a wreck and nothing is easy to find. Always limited selection and no one talks to you. I recommend going to the Collierville Kohls. Much cleaner and friendlier staff!
I didn't give it a fifth star because some of the home furnishings and decor products seem a bit overpriced. Fortunately as a regular customer I often receive discount coupons by mail, sometimes as much as 30% . The post Christmas sales can't be beat!
I wanted to purchase a ring in the jewelry dept. but the clerk behind the counter was on the phone and Co workers continued to walk up and ask questions. No one acknowledged or spoke to me. I took my item to the front register and waited in line. I have worked retail for 30 years. A salesperson should always acknowledge a customer.
This is my favorite store to shop for clothes due to variety of brands and sizes. I've also bought shoes that I felt were good values.
The prices were good but hard to tell what they were from the signs. Coupons and Kohl's cash are too complicated and confusing. I never could get my cash from last week pulled up to use from my phone even though I could see it because I didn't have the app installed (and att had throttled our data). I do not like the scratch off cards to get your percentage discount. 1 chance and only 15'%. Not very fair and very arbitrary. Some got 30%. Sort of like gambling on slots. Good check out because you had plenty of lines open, unlike Walmart.
Found parking easily, clean and organized. Lines were short and staff were friendly and helpful
