Great place to shop with an excellent array of merchandise for the everyday shopper. It also has a Starbucks Coffee Shop inside at the east side entry.
The sales woman was very helpful, she told me about sales and about the outlet store. She was great helping me find what I needed , not only for me but for my grandchildren as well. Kudos to Ms. STEPHANIE that works at the BBC MAKEUP counter...She went above and beyond with her customer service...For her help and expertise , I will return...
Macy's Oak Court is not a good shopping environment. Some of the employees try to run away customers by constantly bullying, harassing, and tormenting them. There's a very rude manager in Backstage. She's loud and doesn't know there is more than one way to do returns, something I remembered from working there 10 years ago. I've witnessed managers yelling at customers. It's not the same professional atmosphere that it used to be. Macy's used to hire mostly civilized college students. Now there's a bunch of ghetto obese workers who run away half the clientelle by using intense hate tactics like judging, harassing, name calling, etc. Most of the workers there are unfit for customer service. They need to be in the back somewhere washing dishes or in the hub at FedEx away from the public.
Well I had a bad experience in the shoe department..i found some shoes that I really liked that was marked down,one of the salespeople was helping a lady who was trying on multiple pairs of shoes&I must say I am a VERY patient person but this lady didn't even try to acknowledge my presence,so I asked the young man who worked in the tennis shoe dept(finishline)who worked in that particular dept where I found the shoe he didn't know anything(lazy).the reason why I gave these folks two stars because there was a middle-aged man who actually helped me&had a great personality,the lady who didn't acknowledge me in the first place had the nerves to say they didn't have the size i was looking for, the man helped me and found them instantly!she Sure didn't bother to look. don't want to work, please don't clock in?smh.
Always have had a great experience here. Great selection as it is largest Macy's in the area. Sales are frequent with good prices.
