After many failed attempts to get a Manager to Customer Service, she found Eden, another awesome Associate, who ultimately went above & beyond to help with the problem. He called other Walmart locations and also tried to no avail to get a Manager to help with the problem.
In the end, I waited a long time, but it was certainly worth it. To ensure that I left as a satisfied customer (which I did,) Eden and Elisha tried many solutions and didn't give up. They are the perfect examples of employees who make a difference, and do what it takes to turn an initial negative experience, into something wonderful and positive, with a happy ending.
Because Wal-Mart has everything a person would need...it goes in my top 3 of places l visit everything other day.

Walmart take note, these two are the type of employees that should be recognized and rewarded for excellence in their jobs. I told so many people about my experience here because I love opportunities to pass positivity.
Very convenient location - one of the friendliest Walmart I have been in . I hope they keep hiring great people. I had a employee talk to me like he cared about the people that he was serving . I positive it’s the managers that help keep this attitude alive - Sometime I see them do the team meetings and they are usually loud and excited !! Kudos to this team and store.
Everyone who I've needed help from here had been extremely kind. It's probably one of the best Walmarts I've been to.
Everything was good at this Walmart but they didn't have nobody coming around and the yellow best like on TV talking about I'll take you there
I ordered a Toaster Oven through the website, which said it was available for pickup at just a few locations, Raleigh Lagrange being one of them. Well, I got to the store and discovered that they didn't have the item and was told that they have been having problems with the inventory and walmartdotcom matching up. I was not happy about this but, a sweet Associate, Elisha tried her very best to rectify the situation and get me the Toaster Oven that I ordered. She was very friendly, helpful, courteous and extremely sorry for the mix up. I could tell that she took customer satisfaction very personal and wanted to get the situation fixed.
