Went today. Employees greeted me throughout the store. Reminds me of a typical dept. store, but with lower prices (like Kohl's). LOTS of designer bags. Hoped to find more summer clothing, but it's October, so I wasn't disappointed. Welcome to Memphis, and thanks for giving us a chance!
I thought ULTA was open too but it wasn't. Went here just to see what's in there and was followed around by 3 employees. I get they are doing their job but damn 3! The place was busy so I get they are worried about theft, but at the same time this is a new store! People who never been to Nordstrom will come in and not feel like they are welcome! I don't see anything i liked anyway but that doesn't mean I'm stealing. Never going back there AGAIN and will be sending an email to headquarters.
Very excited to see this in Memphis and hope with how well it is doing that more stores will take a chance on Memphis! Great selection of clothes. Really loved the shoe selection. You never see the same thing twice...
Nice addition to the Poplar Perkins area. They have great prices on quality jewelry. Purses are still expensive in my opinion. Select clothing is expensive as well. I recommend shopping in the clearance sections. Valet parking is available for some reason.
Long lines. No one available to help with sizing. Slow service. If you work out forget it. This store is for short stick people. Not one normal size
