I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door.I went looking for gloves and hat for my trip out of town,the selection was great! All the employees seem very happy and willing to help, I've been to several locations,they one on Germantown Pkwy, near Wolfchase is the best ,a very pleasant shopping experience.

I've always been able to find good, stylish clothes here for a great price. Customer service is a good, but could use improvement.
The prices are great compared to mall prices for the exact same items. The customer service and friendliness of the associates is phenomenal. I love shopping there.
