Unprofessional. This is how one of the manager's parks her car every day. Takes up two key spaces like she is more important than customers.
Overall, I am giving the rating of a 1 star. However, there are two key employees that work at this place that deserve much more than one star. They actually deserve 5 stars just for showing up to work and dealing with the co-workers they have to. I have done business with this Aaron's for almost a year now. Needless to say, I have only found 2 people that I will even speak to there.
Wesley or wes,cant remember which one,was so rude to me.I have been financing from this location since the beginning of year and have experienced nothing but understanding and nice employees.I was in and out of hospital for months which in return put me behind on a payment or 2 since i couldnt work for some time.Shawndra usually helps me out and has been the best and very patient and then i had to encounter this guy.I will make sure i dont deal with him when i have to make payments or finance anything else.Besides his attitude and offensive remarks, id give them 4 stars but im only giving 2 because of how much he offended me and how rude he was to me.
