I would like to acknowledge Jennifer.... she was absolutely amazing and provided exceptional customer service to both my girls and I! Although she knew they wouldn’t be spending any money she still made them feel as if they were just as important! Everyone in the store was friendly as well! I’ll definitley be coming back, because of Jennifer’s warm and helpful spirit!!!
I love the furniture there, the customer service is the best! If you are ever looking for a deal this is the store to visit... they have layaway and reasonably priced too! We purchased a queen size bed with mattress. Tried to hook rails to headboard, didn’t and wouldn’t work on footboard either. Had to bring back after 3 days of waiting for replacements. Once returning to store Ms Jennifer assisted with excellent customer service because I was about to return all items purchased. I was very pleased with her and everything she did to make my issue better. Thanks Jennifer
