I had a specific piece of furniture I was looking for and Charlotte assisting me in locating it and ordering it for me even though it had been discontinued. The customer service experience was excellent from start to finish. My furniture arrived today and I could not be more pleased. I would recommend this location to anyone for a pleasurable buying experience.

Received the first pieces of my living room furniture and absolutely love it & the delivery process was amazing as well , for they contacted me days prior and called during them being on their way to deliver. I'm truly a satisfied Ashley Furniture Customer!
Donna was very nice and easy to work with. I shared with her which pieces I was interested in and I purchased just that. Donna was able to explain everything throughout my purchasing process in an understanding manner. The salespeople at this location are much nicer and much more willing to assist than the Southaven store.
