As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Sherry. She announced to others who I was and told me about the specials going on that day. She asked what I was interested in and at that time I was not sure, so she gave me time to look around the store. (Which I can really appreciate not being hassled..lol) She followed up with me after some time had passed and we found some pieces. She was friendly and helpful even though I did not purchase that day. Her spirit and passion for the product and wanting me to find what would make my house a home, brought me back about a week to two weeks later. I purchased and it was the easiest process from start to finish. I do not have buyer's remorse and I would certainly choose, Ashley HomeStore again.
I will never spend my money at this store again. We bought two leather couches over $3,000 and after a few months, the leather started peeling at the seams. We purchased a five year warranty so I contacted their warranty department on October 4, 2016. It’s December 2017 now and still nothing has been done even after many phone calls and emails. The salespeople are very nice but when it comes to dealing with any issues after your purchase, good luck getting any help.
I went to the Cordova location to window shop for furniture for my upcoming move. I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant team member named Christina. Another member, Ken, was very informative and pleasant as well. Together, they helped me find the styles that suited me best and guided me in narrowing down selections while allowing me the freedom to roam at my own pace. They popped in and out and offered valuable information on pieces as I looked around. I really felt like they were concerned about my experience. I definitely plan to purchase everything I need from this location!
Kendarius brown is an awesome salesman his personality is lovely. He will make sure that you leave satisfied he goes out of his way explaining details. He makes sure you’re comfortable with what you’re purchasing and he makes sure that you’re comfortable with the price!! Ask for ken brown you’ll leave happily satisfied. I did!!
We came here on one of the busiest days of the year - Black Friday. Zedric, the associate who helped us, was wonderful. He was kind, knowledgeable, and timely. We only bought one piece today and he didn't pressure us at all. We'll definitely be back to get the rest of the set in the future.
