Great store!!! We had to delay delivery due to a carpet installation issue and Linda was great in working around that particular issue. Next time I need furniture, I know where I'm going first!!
Me and my wife went all over Memphis looking for a mattress for our extra bedroom. We started with Royal Furniture and purchased a cheap quality mattress at twice the price of the one we purchased at Discount Furniture!!! Three days later I CALLED because it was two days past the delivery date. They then told me that they could no longer get the mattress we ordered. The next day I stopped at Discount Furniture and purchased a great mattress at half the price and they had it loaded for me before I even paid for it!!!
