Bought a sofa and love seat from Mrs. Linda Sullivan, she was a very professional taking care of our needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. Not only did we meet a very professional sales person, but we made a friend. My children thinks she the greatest.
I will never purchase from this company again. I was scheduled to have my couch delivered today and I was told that I could look on the website to check my delivery status and I did. It was noon when I check the site and they were at stop #4 and I was stop #7. I contacted the warehouse to see if there was a possibility of them coming sooner and she stated they had three customers ahead of me and should be to my home soon. It is currently 7:04pm and I have not received my furniture yet. I called the warehouse but their office is closed. I called the actual store and spoke with a woman who couldn't do anything but apologize. She told me that they were behind and had three customers ahead of me. I told her that I was told that same exact thing 7 hours ago!!!!!! This is unacceptable!! They have had my life literally on hold ALL DAY!!! Never doing business again!!
