I bought furniture from this store only to find out one of the couchs was dry rotted. I've tryed to get in touch with someone to hopefully replace the couch even went to the store! It's sad that I have to do all this when I even pay extra on some of my bills. I rate this a 1 because if you have a issue with furniture they are hard to reach! It's only been 9 months and the couch is cracking up but my other is perfectly fine and it's rarely even sat on. Only 9 months and it's cracked up when I have two years to pay it off and I put a 1000$ down...this is really ridiculous!!!
