Lost our business. We have bought over 10,000 worth at royal and paid 7,000 off. Went in to buy another 1,300 worth and sales person unable to Do anything for us on her own. Needed manager to do what needed to be done and manager was at a meeting. She said I can do it but they might take my commission away. Well I got news for you if you lost your employer 1300 sale and didn't get a commission anyway what exactly did you gain? So I'll be headed to another store soon but not to the one that wasted my time.
Terrible terrible service they place orders and makes deliveries without even having all your pieces on the truck. The drivers did not set up the furniture that was brought into my home and also complained the entire time they were moving the furniture in. I asked one of the employees when will I get my missing pieces and he stated "I don't know" I called the store and shipping department and everyone said "I don't know" DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOUR READY TO WAIT A MONTH TO COMPLETE YOUR SECTIONAL.....I SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH MY FIRST MIND AND WENT WITH ANOTHER STORE.....I WILL NEVER MESS MYSELF UP LIKE THIS AGAIN
Excellent quality. I bought my first sectional four years ago and it is still in perfect condition today, even though it has been seating in a storage cage for over a year now. The reason I give the store four stars is because I feel like there’s not a lot to choose from, at least not at my local store. Quality is definitely 5 stars.
