At this point I have now not had my delivery that I paid for, I did not receive any calls from Ashley stating they weren't delivering, I've had a customer service rep lie about the status of my table. Then the supervisor Fabian did the following and is the whole reason you are receiving this email. At approximately 10 minutes after 5pm Fabian stated that I was now 10 minutes into his "personal time" and he is done, when I asked him about the hours of my personal time that was wasted causing me to miss events he stated "your table is not being delivered" and he hung up on me. His 10 minutes of personal time is clearly more important than my entire Saturday of missed events waiting for a delivery that was never going to happen and I was never notified about. This is not acceptable.

I had an amazing experience at the Vault! It was my first visit, Calvin and Davis were great in answering any questions. I ended up purchasing more than my original plan. I would definitely recommend the Vault to my family and friends. Thanks Guys!

There were many errors made by Ashley Home stores and nobody was willing to correct any of them. At some point you have to be accountable for your mistakes and you move heaven and earth to correct them immediately not 7 days later. If what Raven said was true, and that they make deliveries way past 5pm and my table was only 30 minutes away at 4:30 there is absolutely zero reasons why that delivery could not have been made.

This past Saturday I was giving the time of delivery to be between 2-5pm, not a convenient time as I would miss my son's hockey game and I would miss a family event but I accepted the time because Saturdays are really my only option. Well, I wait and I wait and no delivery so I call customer service and I am told by a rep named Raven that I am not receiving my table. I asked her what was the plan since no one from Ashley even bothered to reach out to me. Had I known I could have made it to very important events that I now have missed waiting for my delivery. I asked where my table was many times and she would not tell me only to say Ashley was "unable" to deliver it. So I am now very upset and tell her I am willing to go to the distribution center as was my original plan and pick it up myself. Raven explains that I cannot do that as the center closes at 5 and the driver will be out making deliveries way past 5pm and into the late evening. I mentioned that she said she didn't know where my table was but now knows it's on a truck that is delivering late. I asked if they could make mine that last delivery of the day, she again said Ashley was "unable". I asked her to please define what they mean by "unable" because as I see it someone who is paralyzed is "unable" to walk, not telling your driver to make one more delivery is a company who is "unwilling" and that is a huge difference. Raven only goes on to say that she can reschedule me for a next Thursday, which is 5 days later than I paid for. I am not available during the week which is why I scheduled it for Saturday and she told me Saturday is all booked. Somehow when you made a huge error like not showing up and not calling I think you need to find some time. I am then transferred to Fabian who I am told is a supervisor and it is now close to 5pm. Fabian continues to state the same canned response of being "unable" and I correct him with no you are "unwilling". At this point, Fabian informs me that my table is on a truck in St. Charles, MO which is approximately 30/45 minutes from my new home and that the driver can't come to my home because he already finished his route and is back at the distribution. You know the distribution center I offered to meet at but was told he wouldn't be back until very late because he was making late deliveries.

Great place to shop! My customer experience was more than exceptional, we are very pleased with the help we received via the manager and his guided assistance in helping us get what we really wanted. I'll continue to do business with Ashley Furniture, great people with great products.

Eric is very helpful and willing to make your purchase and experience the best! Visiting The Vault is worth the trip.

A true professional company tells the driver to go off his route, a true professional company calls a customer when they aren't going to make a delivery, a true professional company rights their wrongs, a true professional company doesn't have a customer service department tell a customer that they are wasting their personal time.

I have purchased from The Vault several times and they are always so helpful and have great deals. I just purchased there again today and Calvin and Eric were both so helpful and so personable. I recommend this place to everyone I know and will continue shopping here for the customer service and great prices.
