I experienced not so great customer service with a certain salesman but the store manager quickly and apologetically rectified the originally sour encounters. I really appreciated his professionalism. The store's manager truly retained me as a customer. Hopefully he can manage that rude salesman and develop his 'people skills' into a warmer disposition.
For future reference and continuous customer service and practice you may want to revise this policy. Which in turn, may lead you to be on par with other leading furniture retailers in the city. I just don't see the point of displaying something in your showroom which is not available to order for 4 weeks and not having the option to purchase from the sales floor.
I love the furniture here, it's very contemporary and chic however, it's a shame your policy is not extended to allow customers to purchase from the sales floor when a particular piece is sold out. Disappointing to say the least, that you would hold on to something a customer would like to pay good money for.
I was at this place for over 4 hours. Went through the process of getting furnit, only to find out it would be two months. I think that the sales team should let the customer know when the furniture may be available. The people who work in the back of the store are very unprofessional laughing loud, talking about customers owe money, there going to collect or pick up there furniture. The lady in charge of the loan kept walking off from us and we had to find her. It use to be a great store now it's a mess. I bought a table which is great and that's the only reason I didn't review with 1.
