Love Dr. Woods. She has done a great job looking into all of my daughter's health concerns. On her recommendation, we took our daughter to Lebonheur and it saved her life. My daughter is now healthy and on target for her growth milestones.
Dr. Odum has taken care of my child since day one in the hospital. She's patient, kind, informative, and willing to answer my questions. I never feel like we are being rushed out. The office is nice, patient rooms are colorful and comfortable. They have sick child and well child waiting rooms. The receptionist and nursing staff is also very patient and good natured. I would definitely recommend.
Dr. Wright is awesome. She has been caring for my daughter for 6 years now. It is always a pleasant experience when visiting the office. The staff is so professional and nice. I feel comfortable with them caring for my lil princess.
They have arbitrary billing policies which ensures you are over billed without a explanation of benefits from insurance. Dr. Wright (the owner) spoke to me directly and made it clear that her billing practices and overall acceptance of patients is directly tied up with her faith and that I was not good enough to be at her facility simply because of faith. The insurance gave me a explanation of benefits eventually which proved they overcharged me for services.
I am new to the area and I called to get an ASAP appointment for my son who was throwing up and they said at 3PM they could not see him because they didn't have any appointments available. This was after the receptionist had told me that the last two patients for the day were already at the clinic and that she had to get the doctors OK before accepting anyone else. Sounds like the doctor had something better to do than treat her patients - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
