My 3 year old son and I were here last night because he had a fall and hit his ear. The staff was very kind and friendly. They kept us informed throughout each step, including reassurance and utmost patience and compassion from the CT tech. Jared and Felicia were our nurses and they were absolutely the best! Thank you guys so much for making a very stressful situation a little more comfortable and for putting our minds at ease.
Dr.Anderson was very helpful, loved the eye contact and the way he transmitted his information to us. The receptionist was very nice also and the wait time was excellent.

Currently in Le Bonheur Children's hospital in Memphis TN. The staff here is amazing!!! My initial props go to the Ms. Phillis Satterwhite and the entire patient registration team. Their warm smiles and help made a hard situation bearable. Thank you for your help and support thru this trying time.
Just shy of a year ago, I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. I was admitted to LeBonheur in January and was kept for a week due to the extent of my intestinal bleeding. Then, just last month, I was readmitted to LeBonheur for again what we thought was a flare. The staff was great and did all the nessecary tests, which eventually led us to find out that I actually had pancreatitis! I was seriously in the worst pain I had ever been in, which, if you knew me, you would know is pretty bad pain! Then, yesterday, I was admitted (AGAIN) to LeBonheur for other reasons than my Crohn's. Wow, right?! Three hospital visits within the first half of the year; that's a lot of hospital time! Don't get me wrong, it's not fun being in the hospital. However, even I know as a 13 year old, that I am at the perfect place to be taken care of from a medical standpoint. The nurses are all so kind and genuinely care for each and every one of their patients. I have nurses who have become basically my friends when I end up having to take a "vacay" to the hospital! The doctors are also fabulous! I mean, take it from me; I've met my fair share of the doctors who work here, and I honestly have not had a bad experience with any staff whether it be a med student, intern, fellow, or even a resident or attending. They are all so kind and genuinely have your best medical interest at heart, and they are obviously very passionate about what they do! I'm well aware this is somewhat upbeat for a hospital review, because, trust me, I know the hospital is definitely the last place you probably want to be, but if you got the privilege to be a patient at LeBonheur, be thankful, because you are honestly in the best place for the best medical help a kid could get. Thank you LeBonheur staff, I literally wouldn't be here today if it weren't for y'all!!
