The receptionist told me they could handle my health issue. I go and had to wait almost two hours past my appointment time to see the doctor (I understand this happens so much it's a cliche but still, that's a long time); then I finally see the doctor (she made fun of me for "asking a lot of questions") and the doctor tells me that they are not equipped to handle my issue which means the receptionist lied to me. I called them on three separate occasions to request a refund and they refused and told me I'll have to take legal action. Please do not go here!
I have only been here about 3 months and my doctor is great.. she knows who she is. I left Germantown Minor Medical and will never go back again.. This is the place for me
