Pre-order food for a party. The clerk was courteous.
I was at this location on June 22nd, 2017! I first came around 545pm. I ordered the smokehouse chicken and a 2 PC dark. I got home, my son ate the 2pc dark with no problems. A couple hours later I go to eat my Smokehouse Chicken, I bite into it and I saw blood! I pulled the some meat off the other side and there was more blood. I don't fault the drive-thru worker because there was no way of knowing that there was blood present. I'm not sure if Church's is not allowing adequate cook time for the Smokehouse Chicken. So I return the chicken to the restaurant. I asked the lady for a substitution. I wanted a 3 PC white because I didn't want to gamble on the Smokehouse chicken again. She told me it would be extra. I told her to refund my money. Miraculously, she appeared with chicken. No 3 PC white but a 2pc dark with a breast. I'm just done with this location/company. I've been a patron for at least 30 of my years on earth. It's just time to move on.
