The food taste very good and the service from Wes was super.
It was about 20 of us and they got us in without any problems. The food was good, the service was excellent. They had very little notice that all of us were coming and they were setup, ready for us and it went beautifully!
Coletta's is no longer an option for our family and we used to eat there almost every weekend.
Giving 5 stars because server Wes was so nice,checked on us several times and helped decide with his suggestions. Very attentive. He made up for having to wait in lobby for someone to take us to a table and neither of our meals were hot,barely warm, Wes asked if we'd like another one prepared but we eete fun,the meals were both very good,just better if hot. He did say he would mention it to kitchen as had complaints on that before.
Coletta's is a place that, in the past, we loved to visit. It was such a treat. The staff was so nice and the food was fantastic.
This review is about the Bartlett location and should not reflect upon the S. Parkway location.
Those days have passed. The place has really declined since they've had the current female manager.
Coletta's has gone from the best place to eat to the worst in both service and food. They maintain a certain local loyalty but that won't last forever because there are much better better places to eat with better food/service at much lower prices. I doubt Coletta's will be able to maintain the Bartlett location unless they do a major overhaul ... especially upper management. If the manager doesn't care, why should we?
Food was good although, gasp, I don't eat cheese. Was there for company party. Chris was our server and was excellent. Other customers in my group loved their orders. Appetizers were great. My steak was cooked perfectly. A wonderfully traditional local eatery.
The food was great and would return only for good food. The service was ify. Our waitress was busy talking about her personal life about how she is a school teacher during the week and works there only on weeekends to make ends meat for her son. Due to her being a single mom. The problem isn't her telling her story the problem was her telling a table full of men just to get a sympathy tip. She neglected her other tables. I work for my tips as well and I don't think customers should know your story. Do your job and earn your tips.
