I love Cracker Barrel. They are consistently great from one location to the next. You always know what to expect, and that's not a bad thing. Honestly country cooking with friendly service and lots of antique trinkets to check out while indulging in the delicious cooking.
They made our group of 12 a comfortable place to eat whear the two children could sit and play quietly. We all had a great meal it took a while for us all to get our food due to the large crowd however the server did a super job in keeping the orders straight. The food was excellent as always. It is a great family restaurant. A place to enjoy a good country cooked meal (or I think so anyway)
Love this place! It was my first visit, since I am from California. I had the Grandpa's Breakfast (2 eggs, chicken fried chicken, biscuits w/gravy, grits, fried apples). Food was delicious & filling. They have something for everyone. Really enjoyed the gift shop. Christmas decor is out and is available to purchase, as well as Fall & Halloween. Great food & great gifts too...did I mention their selection of unique soda pop(see pic)!
35 mins for an omelet and French toast on a lazy Thursday morning. Ridiculous. Food was brought out and order was wrong. Second time in 2 weeks for Long food wait time and not getting order correct. Do not recommend coming here.
I will keep this short and simple. For people to have to rely on money and to when extra hard for it, and that's myself included—to see a pleasant staff tending full tables left and right speaks surmountable fortitude and gratitude to see folks away from their families to tend others. Congrats to Cracker Barrel and staff for a job well done, if I had thousands to give for a tip I would.
