This place does the name of Dairy Queen a disservice. I regularly attempt to go there on my way home (approximately 9pm), and either they are closed, or a machine is broken, or they're "out of ice cream for the night". Seriously?! Tonight was a new low; when several potential customers approached the door after the drive thru was darkened, the employee who was closing up inside (before 915pm, when they close at 1000pm) took the signs with the posted hours down. I'd given this location too many chances already. The location in Olive Branch is worth the drive for a real DQ.
If I could give it less than 1 star I would. It was the most god-awful service I have ever witnessed in a fast food restaurant.

I went to Dairy Queen today and ordered a Turtle Pecan Blizzard. As I was handing the cashier the money, I saw someone with pink hair grabbing the pecans and putting thw pecans in the ice cream with her bare hands. She didn't use a spoon, gloves or anything. This is disgusting. I got a refund. I will never go to Dairy Queen again. YUCK!!
