The Blackened chicken pasta tasted like seafood and had way too much blackening seasoning on it.. It was inedible.. I've had it probably 20 times before and never had a problem.. My waitress didn't let me finish my sentence.. It was taken off my bill.. But for me too little too late! Especially at lunch!!
The alleged manager Chris, is rude, disrespectful, and not able to handle himself/others when faced with conflict. I was offered nothing for hair being on my daughter-in-law's plate. Chris' disposition was that the hair could have come from anywhere. Chris then "offered" to comp the 1st order and prepare another for us.............and CHARGE us for the 2nd. No apology, no complimentary anything upon another visit; nothing. As I walked away from him, I turned to ask his name again then turned to walk out of the door. Chris proceeded to walk closely behind me, projecting his voice to the point of my feeling threatened. Our waitress was a jewel and the food was good, but we lost our appetite due to Chris' insolence. We won't be back and it's sad. We're not returning due to unappetizing food (we've enjoyed East End for over 20 years), but instead due to one person's vulgarity, Chris'.
It is ok. Nothing to cause excitement. The kitchen has issues. We sent back a chicken sandwich. They did not bat an eye. Took it back and remade it to satisfaction. The onion rings are ok. Cisco quality. Over all a solid shrug.
Great food and drinks. Nice patio. Great service. Fun place for dinner or just going out for drinks
Everybody at East End Grill are always great! The bartenders are great, good food and great service. They usually have pretty good live music too. Nice patio and goof food and drink selection.
