Great Thursday lunch special, great price as well
Nelson, the person behind the bar is slow, rude, has no personality and shouldn't be working and representing this company. We had to ask 3 times for a menu and he act like we were bothering him. The worst service ever!!!
Wonderful atmosphere, perfectly prepared entrees, impeccable service. Eating here the first time was on impulse. The next time will be on purpose. We will definitely be back!
My wife coordinated her family's annual Thanksgiving dinner for 24 guests at Frank Grisantis this year. She worked with Linda who set up our dinner in a private dining room. It was an extremely pleasant experience. It was a fixed price menu sit down meal with a couple of appetizer, entree, side and dessert choices. The food was great and the service was excellent. Brenda was our service lead and she was very attentive and responsive to all of our family's needs and requests. The family thoroughly enjoyed everything. We definitely will be visiting again in the future.
Food is okay at best and very expensive for the quality but it's a hotel restaurant. Try Brooklyn Bridge restaurant down the road if you want really good quailty Italian food with large portions. You can share any meal at this place and still leave with some take home! Just my experience most recently and I travel extensively for work so I'm always trying new local or highly rated resturants and form my own opinion.
