I wouldn't go here on a weekend night. They have no place to sit down and wait on your table, everyone just crowds at the door and nobody can walk through to get in or out of the door. The food is good and the staff members are extremely nice.
Came in with family during the holiday it was not very packed we were served by Jaliah she was very nice, BEAUTIFUL and quick but the food took 30 minutes still and they managed to mess up the wing order. The bar is good on timely tasty drinks however the manager seems non responsive to slow service and the waitress don't know much about prebusing or refills. Perhaps ordering to go here is the best option. The restroom are clean on the bright side.
This was my first experience at this location and it was horrible. When I walked in a waitress and security just stared. The didn't say hello or anything. It took a waitress further away to speak and seat me. I came early to beat the rush and it still took my waitress 10 minutes to greet me and she seemed like she didn't want to work. All in all, the food was ok while I feel the wings could be cooked a little longer. I was not offered a refill on my drink and I had to get my own extra napkins. Finally, I took son to bathroom and it was nasty for restaurant that opened 30 minutes prior. Nasty toilets, dirty sinks. Mind you I was the only female customer at the time, it's ovious that it had not be cleaned prior to opening.This was not a pleasant experience and I won't be back.
Don’t waste your time, service is terrible. The waitresses don’t really care about the service they provide. Today I witnessed 2 girls arguing and almost fighting each other which I thought was very non ethic. Both the manager Just Johanna Flores and johnathon just seem to either not care or just too blind to see. The waitresses come to work and leave work making the place look like a strip club(sweatpants,hoodies you name it) it be great if they didn’t actually came in the front door dressed that way but rather a back door entrance. I also witnessed a couple and their daughter leave after 15 minutes because no one could take at least their drink order. I never once received a refill after my food was brought out not checked on. When the girl saw we were done she brought the check out and took forever to come back to receive payment. When I paid her she did not bring my receipt back she claims it didn’t print out but she did have me sign the receipt that had the food and the amount so if my account comes up with a different total I’m filing a lawsuit. I suggest if you do got here pay cash and not card I wouldn’t trust those non behaving immature girls they have for servants.
I came in and was quickly serviced. The food was fantastic and quick. My only call out would be to see the Owner/Manager respond to the negative reviews instead of just the good ones. Discover and address your issues. Other than that for being a new place it was a good experience
