Great customer service for the most part ! I️ would recommend cleaning the facilities better.(bathroom & hallways)

I really disliked the food. Would've been better if the ingredients were fresh. I ordered nachos. They were scraping the bottom of the container when I asked for pork and it still wasn't enough. Honestly there are much better taco shops in the East Memphis area.
Like most chain places, Moe's has a fixed menu and corporate mandated look and style. This location is the same as all the others. They consistently have good quality southwestern inspired food, it's clean, and service is decent. Try the queso! The cover music they play, is distractingly loud at times.
