Pizza and salad. The salad consisted of spring mix with 4 pieces of tomatoes. The pizza consisted of crust, sauce, a few pieces of cheese and 1 basil leaf broke into little pieces. NOT what a Margherita pizza or salad should consist of especially for $15! First time and very disappointed! Oh, skip the loaded tater tots! They weren't cooked and were not good!
When i got hired, I learned so much about this place as the months went by some of the managers had favorites and put them in the money making sections,wasn't making what I thought I would make by working at the only cheesecake factory in Memphis. I loved my coworkers. But how the managers talked and treated both guests and workers were horrible. The general manager Greg needs to learn how to talk and treat people period I'm not going into any details. The cheesecakes were the best, some of the foods ur not getting your money worth, it was sad hearing from guest they called that place the ratchet cheesecake.
Wow!! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit for the 1st time dining in at the Cheesecake Factory. We were Celebrating the Birthday with a Family member. It was absolutely delicious alone with GREAT!! service on Germantown Parkway. I look forward to returning there real soon.
The food was delicious as always but the service was horrible. Our server, Essence, completely ignored us once she had taken our order. My son wasted his drink and we used the cloth napkins to clean it up, but then we were left without napkins and silverware because it all had tea on it. She must have known because at some point she came back and dropped a tea off. I had to leave the table and ask another server to give us silverware and napkins. She had two other tables and she was very pleasant with them, but avoided our table, only showing up to drop off the check. I wanted to order an appetizer but never got the opportunity. I don't know what we could have done to single us out to be ignored, but she was extremely rude. Usually, our experience is so much better so it won't prevent us from returning but I was seriously baffled about the way my family and I were treated.
Food was pretty good. Hollandaise sauce on salmon delightful... the best part, really. Service a bit slow-and we arrived early, before the dinner rush. I've been to better locations, for sure. However, the cheesecake was just as I expected... delicious!
