The food was good, but it took 45 minutes to get it and when it arrived it was cold. When the server brought the checks, she waited at the table for everyone to immediately get out payment rather than leave the checks, and when she returned with the cards and receipts, she again waited for everyone to sign them right away rather than leaving them. Given the long wait and the cold foid, i will not eat here again. Better to do your shopping at Bass Pro then go to eat at one of the many good restaurants downtown.
We had the most delicious fried shrimp. Jasma our server was a delight. I noticed a lot of bad reviews but this evening was fantastic. Took advantage of the all you could eat fried shrimp for just 10.99. Real southern sweet tea.. and yes next time we are in Memphis we will be back.
Slowest service I've ever received! We waited over an hour for our food, and the portions were extremely small. The $15 Cajun catfish consisted of 2 tiny strips of catfish and maybe 15 French fries (probably not even that many). It also had a small side of coleslaw which was terrible. My children enjoyed their food, but they has really small portions as well. I am highly disappointed, which is rare for our family.
I've been sick to my stomach since 4AM!!! This place is awful! My friend ordered the food but I helped pay. For us to spend $41 for 1 hour of bowling to get terrible expensive food! They need to step it up! Beer cheese on BBQ nachos is disgusting! I had 3 chips before I couldn't take anymore! I've seriously had diarrhea since 4AM from their food! They need to change things before we all contact the food board!!
I will never come back to this place. It hurts to write this review given I love eating at Uncle Bucks, but after today I'll not be returning. We drove over 8 hours to attend the Monsters of the Rock tournament and treated my parents to dinner before the big event. Our bartender Scott was absolutely terrible. He was rude, he took forever to take our order then deliver it. Customers who walked in after our order was taken, got their food and left before ours even came out. The food was nasty, undercooked, and half our order was wrong, when we asked for the rest of our food, our bartender was rude and extremely unprofessional about it. Walked off not even acknowledging our requests. We ordered beer with our orders and all 3 glasses were nothing but foam. Maybe a drink of beer from each glass. Our total meal was $72 and it wasn't even worth $5. Scott was slow and ignored us basically the whole meal, but was pretty quick to snatch up the money to pay our bill..such a waste and a shame considering we've heard nothing but great reviews from this particular area and have had many great experiences of our own in other spots...
