Excellent Service! Excellent Food! Customer Service Rep. was Victoria. I did a review a month and a half ago about the Wendy's location on Summer between Graham and Highland. It was a terrible experience! Today was a complete 180. I was greeted with a smile by a helpful efficient worker. Even the manager walked by and spoke. The food was good! Around 9pm, my daughter wanted fries (no salt), so we stopped. Once we arrived home and poured the fries out, they were saturated with grease plus it was as if they rewarmed the fries by dropping them in hot grease again. My poor baby wouldn't even eat them. I've experienced many fries, but have never tasted anything like these. Obviously, the kitchen staff didn't shake the grease from the frying basket before pouring fries into the fry box. Will never visit this location again!!
ive been to this wendys a few times. they are always nice and meet you with a smile. the food is always fresh.
I waited in line for 45mins in the inside. Everyone in the inside appear to be on drugs or something. They are short of staff. They have co workers standing in the kitchen laughing making jokes not preparing food. The floor was disgusting. It was about 15 people in the line they was taking one order at a time. Terrible customer service. I will be calling corporate to make a complaint.
