I always have a pleasant experience at this Zaxby's. The manager is always very friendly and polite.
Overcooked chicken and horrible customer service so people that work there are amazing but most are rude and lazy
Went back to the store. Explained everything. correct order for free.
And other ingredients were missing.
Screwed up House salad by placing cheese in the bottom off it. They were advised no cheese because Allergic . Wenr back for the correct salad took over 15 minutes to obtain
It doesn't take too long to receive your food once you've ordered, the atmosphere is very relaxed and casual, and the food is good. I usually spend quite a long time here, spending time with friends.
Must check food after order. Spent about 11 dollar on drive thru dinner and it had wrong flavor with missing item. Couldn't ate it because of disappointment. Went to trash can
