Germantown Parkway location is the best in customer service. However when and if you call over the phone too their main location you'll get thee worst customer service experience you've ever had in your life. Nobody is willing to help you. Once they've seen that you've worked with someone in the past you're immediately transferred to that person before you can even speak on what it is you're actually calling about. The reps are rude and if you did want to speak with a certain person good luck with them answering their phone or calling back if you've left a message.
Very loving place. The staff was so great and wonderful. Especially Mr. Bill and the other staff was great as well. I got what I won't and love it..
They helped us a get a car when no one else would. Without having a $900 a month note.
